DHL is our planned delivery carrier. These indicative charges are subject to confirmation before orders open. The available destinations, final shipping charge and any applicable taxes or import charges will be clearly shown before payment.

Preparation and delivery times

Preparation times and estimated transit times will be published separately before launch. No delivery timeframe is promised at this stage. For a date-sensitive enquiry, please contact us.

Following your order

Once ordering opens, your dispatch confirmation will provide the available tracking information. Keep your order number when contacting us about a delivery.

If something needs attention

Contact us promptly if an address needs changing or a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the next steps. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.
